The 347 attendees at the 29th Annual Gala Evening at the Races, which took place on Friday, May 23, 2008 at the Western Fair, had the privilage of attending the“best party in town”. Complimentary coctails and matrini hour, silent auction and raffle began at 6:00 pm. Dinner and harness racing at 7:30 pm and everyone danced the night away with DJ Bruno Lam!
Together we raised $80,000 for the girls in this community! Our silent auction alone raised over $4,000 more than last year for a total of $24,180!!
Thank you to our sponsors, planning committee, attendees and volunteers! Without you we could not continue to provide programs for young at-risk girls in our communtiy.
